The Project is located on Bhiwari-Alwar Highway, near village Thada, Tapukhera, Bhiwari. The project has 10 towers including the LIG/EWS tower & houses 1052 D.U. of type 1Bhk, 2Bhk & 3Bhk.

The towers are arranged around a large podium green, giving direct access to the open space from these towers. Such an arrangement totally segregates vehicular & pedestrian movement zones.

Further the podium green is divided in 2 distinct zones, One zone is dedicated to active sports facilities like Tennis & Badminton & the other is designed with older people and very young children in mind. The club building is placed right in the centre of this green space making it, along with the podium the real heart of the project.

To avoid creating a stifling environment at podium level, deliberate gaps between towers have been created allowing the entire podium to be cross ventilated thus benefitting the entire complex.
