The Project is located on Bhiwari-Alwar Highway, near village Khijriwas, Tijara, Bhiwari. The project has 15 towers including the LIG/EWS tower & houses 3684 D.U. of type 1Bhk & 2bhk.

The site is divided into 3 distinct zones with green podium at the heart of each of these zones. The towers are placed at the periphery of each of these zones, directly connected to the podium. Each of the 3 zones has their own club area, located at the edge of each podium thus the design seamlessly connects the built environ with the un-built open spaces improving the quality of life of each of its inhabitants.
