Situated in sector 117 Noida, This project was flagship developement of Unitech Ltd in Noida. The project has now re-started under the aegis of highest authorities of the country. 4 New towers (St+14) & 8 New Towers (St+17) have been proposed to further complement existing 46 towers. In addition a Commerical Plaza & Large fully equipped community hall has been added to the layout.

The design challenge in this project was to integerate new developments within the context of pre-existing towers and other amenities The proposed towers needed to be integrated completely within the overall scheme of things and yet feel fresh and contermporary in every sense of the way.
